With decades of entrepreneurial experience, Majed Awamleh, founded and has served as the CEO of BCJ Building Services, LLC since May 2005. He has helped expand the business from Georgia to Tennessee and North Carolina. As stated in the company’s byline, the mission of BCJ Building Services, LLC is to create hope and opportunity by investing in lives. Majed lives and breathes this mission through all his endeavors. Early in the company’s existence, Majed won the Buckhead Business Association’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. When accepting this award, he stated that his goals were not just monetary but rather he wanted to be able to provide job opportunities for people. With his background as a Certified Financial Planner and an MBA graduate in Marketing and Finance from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics, Majed began a leadership academy at BCJ, equipping all who participate in matters of home finance, and insurance.

Dan joined 4M Building Solutions in 2001 when he sold his janitorial services company to 4M, bringing over 20 years of experience in the facilities service industry. In his current role, Dan leads operations in the Midwest and Southeast, which includes a multi-state territory of Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Florida. A member of 4M’s Executive Leadership Team, he enjoys participating in Customer Partnering Reviews. Under Dan’s direction, his division earned the Albert E. Wilson Division of the Year award in 2007- 2019 and was recognized as the “Safest” Division in the Company since 2008. He is also an active member of BOMA, IFMA, and BSCAI.
Lisa First-Willis, CEO & Co-Founder, Truvelop
Lisa is a career HR executive and recognized professional in HR strategy development, technology, employee engagement and labor relations. Lisa brings 25+ years of experience working with established companies and start-ups in the airline, gaming, hospitality, healthcare, technology and manufacturing industries in the U.S. and globally. She received a B.A. in International Relations from the College of Wooster in Ohio and studied at Johns Hopkins University and the University Stendhal in Grenoble, France. Lisa is a co-founder of Trigger Transformation Inc. (the parent company behind Truvelop). Lorenzo Harris founded Janico in 1985 after leaving a career in the IT Sector. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Today, he is the company’s CEO and manages the overall administration of the company with profit/loss responsibility. Lorenzo received the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation from BSCAI in 1999 and served on BSCAI's Board of Directors from 2000-2003. He remains active as a mentor to other BSCAI members. Andrew is an expert at partnering and transacting with founders and entrepreneurs as well as managing transitions and integrations resulting from an acquisition. Andrew graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame and resides in Detroit Michigan.
