Jeff Carmon, Director, Business Development and Manager, Member Services, Frantz Building Services & Elite BSC, LLC

Jeff Carmon is the Director of Business Development for Frantz Building Services and the Manager of Member Services for Elite BSC. With nearly 10 years of experience in the building service contractors industry, Jeff has played a pivotal role in establishing and implementing a sustainable business development process at Frantz Building Services. Known for his expertise and insights, Jeff is a frequent speaker at industry events and Elite BSC workshops, where he shares his knowledge and strategies for business growth, operations, and customer service.

 

 

Adam Cohron, VP of Business Development, BCJ Building Services LLC

Adam Cohron joined BCJ Building Services as the first Business Development Manager for the company in 2017. Since joining BCJ, the company has expanded into Nashville and Charlotte and has seen over 300% growth in six years. The BD team has grown from 1 to 6 talented leaders and is striving to double the company's size. Adam is part of the Senior Leadership Team, is passionate about learning the industry and, enhancing and carrying a tradition of company culture, growing BCJ so that more team members can find a home that cares about who they are and how we can commit to their personal and professional development. Prior to joining the Building Services Industry, Adam worked 15 years in finance, most recently with First Citizens Bank as a VP of Real Estate Owned and Special Assets.

 

Dave Domlija, Chief Revenue Officer, Harvard Maintenance

Dave is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in management, sales, and operations. With a passion for driving organizational success, he has honed his expertise in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation. Throughout his career, Dave has held various leadership positions, each contributing to his rich tapestry of experience. From his early days as President and Owner of Elite Maintenance, Inc., where he built a thriving business in Chicago, IL, to his role as Executive Vice President at Harvard Maintenance, Inc., overseeing national operations and a workforce of over 2000 employees, Dave has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex challenges and drive growth. In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer at Harvard Maintenance, Inc., Dave focuses on optimizing revenue operations, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives. His strategic vision and deep understanding of market dynamics have been instrumental in driving the company's expansion and maintaining its competitive edge in the industry. Dave's commitment to excellence and his dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation have left an indelible mark on the organizations he has served. Blake Dozier, Owner, OnPoint Building Services

Blake Dozier graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia with a B.A. in Religion and a minor in Economics. Following his time there, Blake worked as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE and later developed FORTUNE 500 client relationships for an eLearning development company. In 2015, Blake saw potential in service businesses and left the white-collar world to co-found OnPoint Building Services with Cory Jessee, a former business broker with the vision of bringing excellent customer service to an industry where good service is hard to find. Blake focuses on growing customer relationships, marketing and business development for OnPoint. Over the last eight years, OnPoint has grown organically and become one of the largest janitorial companies in southeastern Virginia through three acquisitions. Blake's vision for improving the janitorial industry is inspiring fellow owners to be excellent at caring for employees.

 

Jerry Flug, Business Coach, HRA Consulting/Coaching Group

Jerry Flug, a veteran executive and entrepreneur, established HRA Consulting Group to empower business professionals to achieve sustainable success. With over 30 years of experience, including 18 years as CEO of a regional commercial cleaning company, Jerry's expertise in executive management and commercial cleaning is well respected within the industry. He is passionate about guiding business owners to victory and achieving success in all aspects of life, both personal and professional. This year, Jerry is authoring a book sharing his industry experience and best practices, set for release soon. Josh Hendricks, CSM, Executive Vice President, 4M Building Solutions

Josh joined 4M Building Solutions in 2015. As Executive Vice President, he leads all aspects of Sales & Marketing for the company and serves on 4M’s Executive Leadership Team. Prior to taking on sales in 2021, Josh spent most of his time in Operations. With an extensive background in commercial property management for multiple assets, Josh brings the customer’s perspective to 4M. His previous positions have required a specialty in corporate real estate management operations, asset management and financial performance. Throughout his career, his property experience includes mixed-use properties, Class A office, corporate facilities, industrial sites and many types of shopping centers. Josh holds a degree in business management from Saint Louis University, a Missouri Real Estate License and a CSM designation (Certified Shopping Center Manager). He is also an active member of Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).Josh joined 4M Building Solutions in 2015. Olon Hyde, CBSE, President, Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services

Olon Hyde currently holds the position of President at Office Pride of Pensacola, where he also operates as a franchise owner within Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services. With a history of speaking engagements at BSCAI Contractor Success Conferences, Olon's credibility in the industry is evident. His journey began in 2010 as an employee of an Office Pride franchise, gradually advancing to the role of Director of Operations within the company's corporate team. This unique blend of experience as an employee, corporate staff member, and now a business owner infuses his presentations with practical insights and a depth of understanding.

 

Andy Jedynak, President & CEO, ClientPoint

Andy Jedynak is an experienced author & tech pioneer who has spent the last 25 years leading businesses in emerging sectors such as digital media, IoT, internet apps, mobile, crowdsourcing, SaaS, and AI. He is currently President & CEO of ClientPoint, a top-rated AI-driven global B2B SaaS platform whose mission is to become the front office of the business world. Previously, Andy produced television at NBC and played professional basketball in the German Bundesliga.

 

Ricardo Regalado, Owner, Rozalado Services

Ricardo Regalado, proud owner of Rozalado services. A family owned Facility services company based out of Chicago that is a single source solution for Facility service needs. He also is Co-owner of Roza Contractors a Facility Maintenance and contracting company. Lastly the proud Founder/CEO of Route, a technology software/app that is a solution for the commercial cleaning and field service industry. Route is the first to digitize the sales process from walkthrough to bid to proposals all on the same platform plus many more features. Ricardo started in the commercial cleaning industry 8 years by buying a franchise with his wife, dad, aunt and cousin but quickly realized he wanted to grow and scale his business so decided to create his own brand and that's how the family of R brand began. I learned a ton performing all the cleaning myself for the first 4-5 years of the business, I wore every hat. Fast forward to today, Ricardo has over 300 employees, 5 companies, operates in 20+ states, offers over 20 services and has made the Inc 5000 Fastest growing companies 3 years in a row - 2019, 2020, 2021. Recently just made the Crian’s 40 under 40 prestigious class of 2021. This industry has changed my life.
